The process.
- 01Understand. You show us how the process works today and where it hurts. We ask a lot of questions.
- 02Propose. A written proposal setting out what we will build, how long it will take and what it will cost.
- 03Build in stages. You see working software early and often, and we adjust as you use it.
- 04Launch. We migrate your data, train your team and go live.
- 05Support. We host the system, fix problems and keep improving it.
Two ways to pay.
- Fixed price. One agreed price for the build, paid in stages, followed by a monthly fee for hosting and support.
- Monthly licence. No large upfront cost. You pay a monthly fee over an agreed term that covers the system, hosting and support.
Hosting and support.
Every system we build runs on Microsoft Azure in UK data centres. Support comes from the developers who built it, so you never explain your system to a stranger.
Common questions.
How long does a system take to build?
A focused system can be live in a few weeks. Larger systems are delivered in stages over several months, with something usable at each stage.
Can you take over a system someone else built?
Often, yes. We will look at it first and tell you honestly whether to keep it or replace it.
What if our requirements change?
They will. Building in stages means we can change direction without starting again.
